“Man, I will say this, the funniest joke I ever heard Tracy say during a stand-up was ‘C’mon man, I think gay people are too sensitive. If you can take a di*k, you can take a joke.’ That sh*t was funny to me…and it’s kinda true.”
I mean come on. It is pretty funny. The LGBT community has to understand that Tracy wasn’t deliberately out to hurt anyone. He was just fooling around. If comedians had to make sure that none of their jokes offended anyone, they would all have to become mimes…and I am sure that would piss off some group somewhere too. T.I then went on to talk about oversensitivity in the gay community and believes it goes against the First Amendment, freedom of speech.
“They’re like, ‘If you have an opinion against us we’re gonna shut you down.’ That’s not American. If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it, you should have the right to be against it in peace.”
OK, I admit he went a little off track there. You shouldn’t really be against it because people should be able to live their lives as they please. Everyone needs to just calm down, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
