Brooke Mueller will NOT be going to jail for the drug allegations that were made against her back in December. A couple of days ago, we heard that the prosecutor’s key witness, Keith Reineke, was too drunk at the time to give an accurate testimony, so now Pitkin County prosecutor, Arnie Mordkin, and Brooke’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, are negotiating a plea bargain.

Her next court date has been moved back to April 2nd. As long as she can stay out of trouble until then, the most likely outcome will be that she will have to take part in a drug education program and carry out some community service. Good luck Brooke. TeamSheen has got your back.
