King Luke Bryan Artist of the YearKing Luke Bryan won the big one and was named ‘Artist of the Year’ at last night’s American Country Awards.

Florida Georgia Line took home the most trophies with six awards including ‘New Artist of the Year’ and ‘Single of the Year’ for ‘Cruise’.

Blake Shelton won four, including ‘Album of the Year’ for ‘Based on a True Story…’.

Tim McGraw’s ‘Highway Don’t Care’ featuring Angel Taylor Swift and Keith Urban was the ‘Song of the Year’.

“I can’t live without you, I can’t live without you, baby, baby”

Of course.

Other winners included Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, Scotty McCreery, Carrie Underwood, and Lee Brice.

I personally would have split all the awards between my Angel Taylor Swift and King Luke Bryan, but I suppose they had to give the others a chance too. Overall, they got it right.
